Our Coaches are certified both by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and by the INLPTA (International NLP Trainers Association).

After graduating in electrical engineering and further to fifteen years of working experience in leading ICT multinational companies where I held management positions in sales and accounting of key customers, among which the main Telco’s, I seriously began considering the role of Corporate and Executive Coach and I started preparing myself for that goal.

In particular, as main roles I held, I want to highlight the 6 years I spent in Microsoft Italy with the responsibility of cloud portfolio and IPTV, managing a sales team, and the 7 years at Lucent Technologies where I managed, as  Key Account Manager, the main customer of the Italian subsidiary, Telecom Italia.

Throughout my entire professional career I have always been strongly oriented to achieving objectives and results for me and for my team and, at the same time, I have been dealing with change in many different ways, change that nowadays is commonplace in the lives of all of us.

In every situation I always focus on the value and potential of the individual, constantly trying to create the conditions where inner qualities can be expressed fully and at their best in a business context.

The career change to coaching has allowed me to combine the best of my two cores, the corporate one and the deeper one that attempts to seize and bring out the enormous potential of human nature, representing the natural evolution of my professional path.

So I obtained the certification of NLP Master Coach at “Allenati per l’Eccellenza – The Institute for Coaching & NLP”, and consequently the credential of PCC (Professional Certified Coach) by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Also, I have specialized in the field of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), obtaining a Practitioner Diploma issued by INLPTA (International NLP Trainers Association), an organization that is characterized by rigor and professionalism in teaching and exercising such discipline.

Today I carry out the activities of Corporate and Executive Coach, supporting managers and organizations to identify and achieve their goals by adopting a method that combines different disciplines and approaches, integrated appropriately into the coaching process, and make possible to create conditions for continuous improvement and fulfillment in various areas of personal and professional life.

The coaching sessions can be made through direct meetings or, alternatively, remotely by videoconference platforms, without affecting in any way the effectiveness and benefits of coaching.

My personal view of the world could be summed up in the following quote by Zig Ziglar, the famous American motivational writer:

“You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help enough other people get what they want.”
