International Credentials

The Pyramid stands for excellence and professional conduct of its Coaches and for the quality of its standard. The Pyramid provides Corporate / Executive and Career Coaches, with double international certification. Our Coaches are certified both by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and by the INLPTA (International NLP Trainers Association). Thanks to their excellent background, our Coaches are able to engage in coaching programs tailored to your unique needs and able to generate measurable results, through the adoption of a method that combines the features of structured and scientifically proven models (GROW and CO-ACTIVE) to the versatility and effectiveness of Neuro Linguistic Programming.

Professional Coach Thomas Leonard started ICF in 1995 as a nonprofit organization for fellow coaches to support each other and grow the profession. Three years later, buoyed by 70 dedicated volunteers and growing interest, ICF began its quest to raise the profile of professional coaching.

ICF created Core Competencies and built a Code of Ethics, setting the standard in the coaching field.

ICF also defined curriculum standards (accreditation), to ensure consistency in coach training, and developed an ICF Credentialing system, requiring renewal every three years.

Today ICF represents the largest professional association in the world of coach, with over 31,000 members in more than 140 nations. Its purpose is to develop, support and maintain the integrity of the coach profession in the world and to increase public confidence in such profession.

Core Values

ICF members are committed to reliability, openness, acceptance and congruence and consider all parts of the ICF Community mutually accountable to uphold the following values:

  2. Excellence: We set and demonstrate standards of excellence for professional coaching quality, qualification and competence
  3. Collaboration: We value the social connection and community building that occurs through collaborative partnership and co-created achievement
  4. Respect: We are inclusive and value the diversity and richness of our global stakeholders. We put people first, without compromising standards, policies and quality

inlpta INLPTA

The International NLP Trainers Association (INLPTA) was formed in late 1993 by Wyatt Woodsmall (NLP Master Trainer and Master Modeler, USA), Marvin Oka (NLP Master Trainer, Australia), and Bert Feustel (NLP Master Trainer, Germany) in response to a growing need amongst NLP Trainers around the world for the establishment of a unified accreditation body based on a consistency of quality in the accreditation standards, professional conduct and ethical applications of NLP methodology.

Today INLPTA has members on all five continents who have agreed upon Certification Standards in the Training of NLP.

The purpose of INLPTA is to facilitate the alignment of professional NLP trainers around the world in the ethical and professional use of NLP through the standardization and continual improvement of the NLP accreditation process.

The enthusiastic and positive response to the formation of INLPTA from the NLP training community in general has come from increased awareness that:

  • NLP can play a significant role in contributing to the evolution of individuals, groups, communities, societies, nations, the world, and humankind.

While the methodology of NLP itself is neutral, it can be used in evolutionary or de-evolutionary ways. Therefore, NLP must be taught and learned within contextual frameworks of ecology and meta ethics.
